Does anyone earn a profit if the robots are used for identical Forex trading online?
If people use identical software forex trading online then no profit or loss because the software will be competing against each other. I asked the same question to a seller and the response I got was a reduced price. This is a scam I know, but I want a second opinion there. Thank you.
Yes, if the number of identical robots are not much. If only a handful of robots using X algorithm, which is very profitable, then X, and they all decided to use it, then over time, algorithm X would become useless, but it would be "arbitrate profitability." The reason is that algorithms have certain secure a buy signal. To started, programmers will discover a very reliable buy signal, then write an algorithm to it, for example, whenever a currency is moving up 0.5% in 3 hours, buy, or something. The robot will continue to do that, and nonprofit, as people who use other programs wil continue to believe the currency will fall, etc. However, if enough people use algorithm X, which buys in that signal, then people will not sell enough in the same condition. Soon, this will blanace that supply and demand to be thrown off chaotic, and the new demand to change the actual price movement, and the algorithm would be useless. A large number of Forex software are scams or useless friction, however, those that are profitable not be profitable for long once people realize their potential and enough people to start using the robot, then it will be disabled once the forces of supply and demand shift due to the robot.
