Has any other suspect with the way eToro accept paypal payments? EToro is a scam?

I recently made a deposit with eToro broker (or e-Toro) and my firewall gave me several warnings that a suspicious application (eToro) was trying to steal my data as I was making a payment of Paypal. If anyone gets my PayPal password, this is not dangerous? EToro is a scam? What do you need passwords for Paypal?

Yes I have experienced the same suspicion. Not sure if the entire company is a scam. They are not regulated by any authority so I guess that customers must have their chances. I've been using eToro for a few months and am no longer a user of a number of reasons. Mainly their platforms instability which made me lose control of open positions several times and lose big amounts of money. But security of payment, are correct .. this is a very suspicious fact detail. The important question at first seemed "strange" when I made my first deposit was that when the application eToro Paypal me off (this was my chosen form of payment) did it within their own application and not in a browser as Mozilla or Explorer game trials. Companies that use encrypted HTTPS always warn you to check the URL that is to make sure that your data (eg information PayPal and password) are not being diverted and seen by a third. EToro is the third and I was even more convinced that every time I made a deposit, Paypal asked me to enter the password twice for no reason! In addition, my firewall (Zone-Alarm) and antivirus (avg pro) threw me behavior warnings suspects and that a program is trying to access / log keystrokes on my PC! But being a rookie eToro in good faith, I see what followed was really about eToro - have a Caution - (to keep change my PayPal password, and it was clear that eToro was recording most likely). He never tried to make a fraudulent transaction within my Paypal account, but then again I was changing! I use Paypal a lot and found it very suspicious why the payment process does not open a new browser window or in any other secure payment process .. but shows the inside of your PayPal application without showing the URL of the page. This is potentially fraud but not necessarily. It all depends on how the application is configured to transmit your personal information. It can advise you how to protect your paypal account is now but to be on the safe side, if you think that eToro is a good broker (I personally think that now seeks general) and if he continues to want to trade with them, then change your PayPal password constantly to be better safe than sorry. Accepting the risk of losing money through trade is one thing, but with payment privileges line is another hacked. Do not risk it! Broker change or if they insist eToro using another payment option!
